Mara

An AI travel agent that watches prices across travel sites and answers questions about the trip you are actually tracking. Mine, start to finish.

My girlfriend Jax and I were booking a vacation and couldn't tell whether the price in front of us was a good one. Nothing out there would just watch it for us, so I built something that would. It took more versions than I'd like to admit. Design first, then the infrastructure, then the code.

A resort and spa in the Santa Monica Mountains, north-west of Los Angeles. Rooms, the spa, and the booking flow that turns a visit into a reservation. I designed and built it.

Brand compliance software. It keeps a live map of a company's website, landing pages and paid ads, and flags the places the brand drifted. I lead the technical side.

I own the architecture and the infrastructure it runs on, the development team that builds it, and the delivery schedule.

Open Brand Rover

A B2B marketing agency for SaaS and technology companies, where the buying committee is large, the product is technical and the sales cycle is long. Their accounts include a national financial services brand that did just under $1B last year. I run their delivery operations.

Over 200 B2B sites shipped, most in eight to twelve weeks, 99.9% of them on time. I work on the scope, the staffing and the date it goes live, across software engineering, web design, SEO and paid ads. The teams keep getting bigger. The date doesn't move.
